What makes PinnedWithPride different?

Every product is personalized with the nurse's specific credential (RN, LPN, CNA, NP, etc.) and her name. We don't sell generic gifts — we sell gifts that actually say something about who she is.

What credentials can I choose?

We support all nursing credentials including RN, LPN, LVN, CNA, NP, CRNA, CNM, and more. If you don't see hers listed, reach out and we'll add it.

Ordering

How do I personalize my order?

On the product page, select her credential from the dropdown and type her name in the text field. Your customization is captured automatically when you add to cart.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We begin production quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

Do you offer bulk or group orders?

Yes! We love nursing unit orders. Email us at hello@pinnedwithpride.com for bulk pricing.

Shipping & delivery

How long does shipping take?

All items are made to order. Please allow 6–9 business days for delivery from your order date.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

Returns & issues

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We'll make it right. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. Email hello@pinnedwithpride.com.

Do you accept returns on personalized items?

Because each item is made specifically for your order, we can't accept returns on correctly personalized items. If there's an error on our end, we'll fix it at no cost.
